(Frequently Asked Questions)

How Do I Place An Order?

We make it as simple to buy on our website as possible, much like any other site you shop on all you need to do is add the products you are interested in to the shopping cart and then go through the checkout process. However, we do understand that buying online can be intimidating for some, so if you prefer we will gladly help you place your order over the phone.

What Happens After I Place My Order?

You will immediately receive a confirmation email to the email address that you provide.  This lets you know that we have received and are working on fulfilling your order.

Please keep in mind that when you submit your Credit Card information we do not charge the card. That is just a 7 day authorization for us to charge the card which we will do when we have confirmed that we can fulfill and ship your order.  At that time the card will be charged and as soon as the warehouse provides us with tracking info it will be forwarded to you.

How/When will my order arrive?

Smaller shipments may arrive through UPS or FedEx and usually arrive in less than a week after tracking info is received.

For larger ovens and oven kits we work with several different shipping partners to get your order delivered as quickly as possible, normally within 7 to 10 business days.

For other questions around shipping we suggest you look over our shipping page.

Which Oven Is Better Gas or Wood?

While we carry excellent models in both gas and wood burning ovens, what may work best for you will depend on many different factors.  We suggest you read over our main blog article entitled: A Complete Guide To Choosing The Perfect Pizza Oven For Your Home.  In this article you will be able to explore all the different variations and functions of a Pizza Oven and by the time you finish reading you will know what specific oven is right for you.

Can I Install and/or build my Oven myself?

While installing/assembling your own oven can certainly be a fun project it will eventually depend on your own skill set with using hand tools, following and reading drawings and instructions, and moving the heavier components of some ovens into position.  If you feel like assembly is not something for you then we can help you find a local craftsmen to handle that for you.

We try to anticipate any questions from our customers to list here in our FAQ’s section, but we never can think of them all.  If you have a question that you cannot find the answer to here then please do not hesitate to reach out to us directly whether through email, chat, or phone and we will do the best to get you your answer ASAP.
