We spend a lot of time and effort to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online. If you find another online store that offers a lower price than us within 1 Year of your purchase date please let us know and we will refund your original payment for the difference. If you find that our own website has a lower price for the same item you have ordered within 1 year of your purchase date we will refund the difference as well.
To request your partial refund simply e-mail us a link to the same product on our website, or on our competitors website within twelve months from the date of your order and we will process the credit accordingly.
Our 100% Price Guarantee has some limitations:
- You must purchase the item from our website before requesting your Price Match Guarantee
- Promotions such as rebates and buy one, get one free offers are not eligible
- The item must be in stock on the competitors website
- The competitor must be an online store, they may not have a retail location

Pizza Oven Direct ships to the contiguous 48 United States. We don't deliver to PO boxes.

Free Shipping(conditions)
We include shipping costs in the total price of our products, so you get free shipping to your location. Free shipping has two conditions: 1) Delivery is curbside service only, and 2) The free shipping offer is valid with a completed transaction. If you return the item for any reason(Buyer's Remorse) other than damage, shipping charges for delivery and return, a restocking fee, and credit card processing fees will apply and be deducted from any refund amount. These fees are not refunded to us by shipping companies or banks, so we can’t refund them to you. The restocking fee varies depending on the product's manufacturer, but will not exceed 15%.
Please note:
- Shipping times will be affected during public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations. This is outside our control. Regular service resumes immediately after each holiday.
- Errors with shipping address or contact information may cause a delay in delivery.
Tracking Your Order
When your order is ready to ship and has been assigned to a freight carrier we will forward tracking information to the email that you provided when placing your order. If you have not received a shipping update from us including tracking after the 2-10 day processing period please contact us at info@pizzaovendirect.com.
If your order consists of several items from different manufacturers you will receive tracking for each item.
Change your address.
We can not change the delivery address once the order is in transit without charging a shipment redirect of $85 which is charged to us by the freight company.
If you need to make changes to your delivery address it must be done within 12 hours of the order being placed. Please contact us at sales@pizzaovendirect.com or 888 370 4777. Please note that we usually process and forward orders to our warehouses within one business day of placing them.
Backorders:
Should an item become unavailable after placing your order, we will notify you by email and phone.
Cancellations
If you change your mind before you receive your order(buyers remorse), we can accept cancellations within 24 hours after the order has been placed. Please refer to our refund policy under Buyers Remorse if an order has passed this deadline.
Parcel damaged in transit:
If your shipment shows signs of damage upon receipt you have the right to reject the delivery or take receipt and note any damage on the invoice when you sign for the delivery. In either case please notify us at info@pizzaovendirect.com. We will work with you to arrange for a replacement shipment or replacement parts on a case by case basis.
After five days following delivery confirmation, we can not recognize shipping damage claims.

Refunds/Returns/Cancellations
By placing an order with Pizza Oven Direct, you agree to the Refund and Return conditions listed below.
30-day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same, condition that you received it. Unused, new, with all original packing and accessories.
Items with obvious signs of use or any item not in its original condition that is damaged or missing parts will be deemed non-returnable. Furthermore, 30 days after delivery all items will be considered non-returnable.
Return Process
To start a return, contact us at sales@pizzaovendirect.com or 888 370 4777. We’ll send you a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order once it’s received. Contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the situation and make it right.
How will customers get the return label?
If your item is smaller and was not shipped LTL we will provide the label for FedEx or UPS. For larger LTL shipment returns arrangements will be made by us with the carrier and BOL, (Bill of Lading) paperwork will be emailed to you to print out for the driver when he arrives to pick up the shipment.
What products are returnable?
We accept returns for new, unused products in original condition and packaging.
Return Shipping(Buyers Remorse): If a return is requested for a non-defective item, all shipping costs and no more than a 15% restocking fee (depending on the manufacturer) will be deducted from your refund. (This includes any buyer's remorse issues, such as wrong size or color, refused upon delivery or returned to us due to deliverability issues, such as incorrect address provided). We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return is received.
What is the restocking fee?
The restocking fee varies depending on the product's manufacturer but will not exceed 15%. This is the fee charged by various makers to pay for the processing of receiving a return back into their warehouses.
How much will customers pay for return shipping?
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping for any buyer's remorse returns as well as the cost of shipping when the product was delivered. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, all refunds will be processed within 7 to 15 business days on your original payment method. Please remember it can take time, typically 72 hours, for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
